It has been a very long time since I've gotten to do any stock work. My apologies to those have me on their watch-list. The hope is always that I will have more time in the future to create more stock, but right now I'm afraid that not only do I have very little time to make stock, but indeed not even enough time to keep up on the messages, so I apologize if you send me a message and I don't get it for several months.

Due to my inability to keep up on messages, and to the number of requests I receive to post work using my stock off of the deviantART site, I am here granting permission to all artists who use my stock to use it offsite, and out in the real world, provided you follow my few rules regarding use as specified below.

A change has taken place with the latest version of dA that I'm afraid dampens my spirit a little bit. I heard through the grapevine that the Stock Categories now include a little blurb indicating that images have been entered into the Public Domain. Perhaps it's nit-picky, but I don't want my images entered into the public domain. The stock images I place on dA are for use by other deviants only, and are only for use onsite unless I give specific permission (in advance, in writing) for it to be used offsite. I enjoy creating stock, and seeing what people do with my stock, but I'm afraid I dislike the idea of having my say in how and where my images are used.

As such, I will no longer be uploading new stock until such time as deviantART's policy regarding stock changes. Though it pains me to do this, especially since I finally have a new set ready to post, I just can't abide by the possibility that the stock I work so hard on can be abused, and I'll have no say in the matter. For now, I'll keep the stock I already have submitted up and open for use as per my rules indicate, and hopefully people will be good enough to follow those rules. However, if that changes and I begin to see abuse of my stock, I will remove all of it, so please, be respectful. Also, if you've enjoyed using my stock, please send a note to the dA staff letting them know about the issues their blurb have created, so that hopefully I can start stocking again soon.

News and Updates

A new year, and I'm afraid I've been more or less AWOL for the last several months. My senior year in college has been frightfully busy, but I've been popping in as often as I can, and I'll continue to put up stock images as often as I'm able. With any luck, this summer will bring more opportunities for some full-scale stock shoots, perhaps even wiith another male model. In the mean time, happy arting!

Because it has been an issue with the stock community as a whole lately, I want to make it clear that I am NOT in favour of redistribution of stock or using stock resources to create more stock. I certainly can appreciate what is attempting to be done, but frankly, I think it is apt to cause too many problems. Specifically when there are differences in rules about how and where stock may be used, and credit getting back to the original stockers. I hope that those of you who use my stock will be respectful of my stance, and that of others within the stock community. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Well, it took me a wee bit longer than expected, but I finished my bodice, which can be seen in the most recent set of piratey-type stock pictures. The bodice was originally made for a Pirate party, which didn't end up happening, but methought a few pictures of it might not be too bad. I'm branching out too, showing a little skin. Please don't be too harsh, I can be a little self-conscious. Anyhow, enjoy, and use! I always love to see what people do with my stock.

Another semester has come and gone, and boy have I neglected this account as of late. My sincere apologies to all my watchers for not having more stock up, I hope you will understand how busy I've been. That said, I have been working on a couple specifically stock projects, and I hope to have those up within the week, so keep an eye out.
